e2o is pleased to announce that Phil Ireland has been appointed Operations Manager, Asset Services, West Coast.

Prior to this role with e2o, Phil was a long-standing employee at Clough.

A mechanical engineer by profession, Phil’s experience spans the full project lifecycle, working in roles from project engineering to project management, tender management and business development.

Over his career, he has worked across the engineering and construction industry in oil and gas processing on and offshore, decommissioning, LNG, power generation and cogeneration, green energy, ammonium nitrate, urea production, rare earth processing, iron ore, and mining heavy equipment.

In his role as Operations Manager, Phil will provide strategic leadership and direction to the e2o Asset Services team across Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia.

Phil is passionate about improving safety and efficiency through smart engineering, execution and value improvement initiatives, as well as developing strong capability within e2o by providing learning opportunities for the entire workforce.
