Whether your project is as simple as a ship’s ballast control or as complex as an LNG process train, e₂o can commission any control or process system. We provide the technical expertise and calibration test equipment, and are conversant with nationally recognised standards such as NATA and NIST.

Our Staff

We employ qualified multi-discipline commissioning personnel. Our staff members include Commissioning Managers, Commissioning Engineers, discipline technicians and project completions Database Administrators.

Quality Systems

e₂o ensures that your process control equipment is installed as per manufacturer specifications, compatible with your process, calibrated to desired tolerances and scaled correctly from field displays to SCADA packages.

Our quality systems ensure that all required documentation is completed and signed off prior to project completion. Installation and Testing Procedures (ITP’s) are produced referencing relevant Field Installation Checklists (FIC’s) to ensure all equipment has been configured correctly and thoroughly tested prior to being commissioned.

We manage all aspects of your commissioning requirements by either using a client nominated commissioning management system, or by utilising e₂o completions/commissioning management software package, ensuring total confidence that commissioning status is maintained and monitored accurately.

The commissioning dossier includes all relevant installation and testing documentation, any red lined drawings updates and maintenance and service manuals for supplied equipment (where applicable). e₂o ensures that there is a smooth transition to operations and can also assist in developing a maintenance strategy for your system.
