Our quality systems ensure that all required documentation is completed and signed off prior to project completion. Installation and Testing Procedures (ITP's), are produced referencing relevant Field Installation Checklists (FIC's) to ensure all equipment has been configured correctly and thoroughly tested prior to being commissioned.
e2o is able to manage all aspects of your commissioning requirements by either using a client nominated commissioning management system, or by utilising an e2o completions/commissioning management software package (head to Information Management for more information), ensuring total confidence that commissioning status is maintained and monitored accurately.

For final handover, the commissioning dossier will include all relevant installation and testing documentation, any green lined drawings, maintenance and service manuals for supplied equipment (where applicable). e2o will ensure that there will be a smooth transition to operations and can also assist in developing a maintenance strategy for the life of the asset.
Utilising Completions/Commissioning Management Software (CCMS) on a project is not a new concept as various systems have been implemented over the years with an equally variable success rate. The ability of a system to adapt to different project requirements from technical, managerial and size aspects has generally determined the specific system to be used. The one limitation that has restricted all systems over the years is that they have all been restricted fundamentally to the commissioning phase of the project. That is to say that on signoff and handover of the plant to the principal, access and integration of commissioning data does not readily or easily migrate into the maintenance system.
e2o offers web based systems that can provide all of the functionality of traditional CCMS systems whilst keeping the big picture in mind (efficiency and longevity of the operational plant). By utilising modular systems we are able to tailor make the CCMS for your project (depending on technology, size and management requirements), and then offer a solution to roll all of the commissioning data over into the Maintenance Management System. Having commissioning data available and readily accessible can provide an enormous saving in the development of operational tasks (eg. generating isolation procedures and lists), as duplication of the same work is avoided by pre-ops personnel as the commissioning team can develop these items and they can be rolled out into operations.
