Our Focus & Policy Statements
» Safety
At e2o, we believe that nothing is more important than the safety of the people that work for us, the people we work with and those that may be indirectly affected by our work. For this reason we have adopted systems based around our safety philosophy to minimise the risk of injury and illness to all stakeholders. Over the course of their working lives, all of the directors at e2o have seen the devastating effects of accidents and injuries in the work place and are vigilant in their belief that no job, schedule or consequence can be given a higher priority than maintaining the safety of our people.
e2o recently achieved accreditation against the standards of AS 4801:2001 for its Safety Management Systems which is incorporated into an Integrated management system for Quality, Safety and the Environment.

» Environment
Ecology is the branch of science that studies the interaction between organisms and their environments. As humans we are connected to our environment by means of the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water and energy we use and the materials we consume in order to improve our everyday lives.
e2o provides resources for constructing and maintaining our industry; industry that provides the food, water, energy and materials we need to support our lives. Maintaining the integrity of industrial processes enables us to improve efficiencies and reduce the impact of such processes on our environment.
We have adopted the same attitude toward the safety and wellbeing of the environment as we have to the safety of our people. With national and international pressure on companies to be more aware of the ramifications of bad practice and its effect on the environment, e2o has adopted an eco friendly culture. The long term droughts that affect all Australians, and the reliance on non-renewable resources has pressured the government to look at alternative methods of power generation, recycling and water conservation. e2o aims to be at the forefront of such initiatives.
We are focused on creating systems and procedures that minimise any risk of environmental damage. Therefore, as part of our prestart job planning, we always look at the potential of chemical spills, process product release, the cleanliness of our worksites and the correct disposal of waste.
e2o recently achieved accreditation against the standards of ISO 14001:2004 for its Envirnomental Management Systems which is incorporated into an Integrated management system for Quality, Safety and the Environment.

» Quality
e2o has made a significant investment in creating a project and business management system that is designed specifically for the nature of the business that we are in. It has been designed with quality in mind so that all deliverables, reportable information and statutory requirements are administered in the most efficient way without compromising quality. This tool allows us to monitor safety and environmental incidents, project financials, company financials, budgets, procurement, stock on hand, even documentation and communication control. This system goes a long way to meeting the requirements of quality accreditation which is one of our short term goals.
