Glen has over 22 years experience within the instrumentation field, from managing on-site calibration and commissioning, through to the provision of nationally accredited instrumentation training. Glen's labour resourcing skills, refined over many years of recruiting engineering, technical and project personnel for mining, oil and gas projects throughout Australasia, have contributed substantially to the reputation Eco Connection has established, with regard to the high quality of personnel provided for every project. In addition to Glen's instrumentation studies, he has formal qualifications in Recruitment / Industrial Relations, Workplace Training & Assessing and Marketing Management.

Major Projects Manager

Having over 31 years of experience in Instrumentation, electrical and multi disciplined completions/commissioning activities, Harald has facilitated roles from dual trade technician through to Managing Director of a major I/E company for the best part of the last 20 years. With extensive experience in oil & gas, mining & minerals processing, materials handling, power generation and the water industry, Harald founded and grew a company from nothing to employ 700 and turnover $60 million per annum. Harald has executed many projects internationally for clients like BHP Billiton, BP, Conoco Phillips, Shell and Exxon.

David has worked in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Minerals Processing fields for over 18 years. Coming from a trade background David has developed his management abilities to a point where his last role of National Operations Manager/Project Director for a multinational multi-discipline Oil & Gas Construction company grew to encompass $170 million of project work.  Completing both Electrical and Instrumentation trades, David brings significant leadership experience via a Masters level education at Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) with the completion of a number of business subjects as part of the executive MBA program.
